Certificate Programme (TOT)

SISU TOT program is a carefully designed one-year journey that introduces the trainee to various topics for training, providing knowledge, insights, and the practical application of adult training principles, capability in communication and public speaking.

Trainees will emerge from this program with greater confidence in presenting to small and large groups and with good subject matter knowledge that equips them to enter entry-level business roles or specialize in training.

There is a deep focus on extensive English. Trainees will receive more than 200 hours of English lessons. Progress is monitored throughout, and learning is adapted to suit the capability level.
