Hospitality Program
On-the-Job (OJT) training is the original SISU program, For 6 months the trainees get On-the-Job training in Hospitality by rotating through a variety of areas in a real work environment. They prepare for roles in:
- Food and beverage service
- Food preparation
- Barista
- Bartending
- Housekeeping
- Front office
